These services (collectively referred to as "ERI Services") are provided through our website www.ensurekar.com and/or our portals and technologies designed by Ensurekar.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Policy is governed by Indian laws. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Courts in Jabalpur have exclusive jurisdiction.
